1) General
1.1 The program, rewards, privileges and terms and conditions in respect of the Seiko Boutique Membership (“Program”) is created, owned and managed by Thong Sia Co (S) Pte Ltd (“Company”).
1.2 Membership to the Program ("Membership") is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Employees, officers, and representatives of Thong Sia Singapore and its affiliates are eligible for Membership but may be excluded from certain promotions. You must be age 18 years or older and a legal resident of Singapore to be eligible for Membership. Eligible minors must obtain their parent's or legal guardian's consent prior to participation. By submitting an application for Membership in the Program, you agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms").
1.3 Upon registration as a Seiko Boutique Member you have agreed that you have full understanding and acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this program.
1.4 The Company reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of the program at any time without prior notice.
2) Membership
2.1 The Program is open to all individual residents of Singapore with valid/registered mobile number and shall be of the age of 18 years and above as at the start of the Program Period (“Member”), subject to the terms and conditions herein contained.
2.2 The approval of the application is at the sole discretion of the company and the Company may reject any applications without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
2.3 All Members are subject to the terms and conditions of the Program, which may be changed, revised, supplemented, suspended, withdrawn or terminated by the Company at any time without prior notice. Members are entitled to enjoy the relevant benefits and privileges of the Program throughout the Program Period.
2.4 Membership points and privileges are non-transferable.
2.5 Members must provide their valid/registered mobile phone number when requested by the Company or its employees, in order to enjoy the relevant membership benefits or privileges.
2.6 Points merging are not allowed in case of Member (having more than 1 Membership account with different mobile number) who wants to merge the accumulated points into 1 Membership account.
2.7 Membership account will be automatically created and points will be issued to member account for customer who purchased from our official online store (https://seikoboutique.com.sg/). To login Seiko Boutique Membership account via Seiko Boutique official online store, customer need to key in the same valid mobile number submitted upon order checkout.
2.8 OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number within 1 minute. For online purchase customer, please login to your Seiko Boutique Membership account.
2.9 By submitting the Membership registration, Members are deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
3) Points accumulation and validity
3.1 Points accumulation shall be effective upon payment made. Points will be reflected within 3 working days on member’s registered account & online portal. In case there is an unavoidable circumstance, please expect point’s issuance delay for one (1) day.
3.2 Under the Seiko Boutique Membership Program, you earn one (1) point for every $1 spent, at any Seiko Boutiques and Seiko Boutique online store, excluding service centre. (capped at 5,000 points per member per day)
3.3 Members are required to provide registered mobile number and inform our staff of their membership every time a purchase is made at any Seiko Boutiques or login to membership account on Seiko Boutique online store. Thong Sia Singapore reserves the right to reject any request to issue points after a transaction has been made.
3.4 Seiko Boutique Membership points validity is 12 months from the date of points accumulated.
3.5 Daily points accumulation for each member is at capped at 5,000 points for purchase at Seiko Boutique Singapore.
4) Points Redemption
4.1 Members must cite their registered mobile number or login to their registered membership account when requested by the Company or its employees in order to redeem rewards.
4.2 In order to redeem in-store rewards, redemption passcode is required and will be provided by Seiko Boutique staff during redemption.
4.3 Members are required to complete their profile information before proceeding for rewards redemption.
4.4 All welcome gifts, birthday gifts, treats & exclusive offers are subject to change according to availability and the management reserves the rights to change the gifts from time to time without prior notification.
4.5 All members are entitled for the Birthday Rewards on their birthday month; please refer to the member privileges page.
5) Rewards
5.1 By submitting the redemption of reward, the member agreed to be bound by the reward Terms and Conditions.
5.2 Thong Sia Singapore reserves the right to decide the campaign, content, promotion, gift, and rewards for Seiko Boutiques Singapore and for Seiko Boutique Singapore Official Online Store.
5.3 The Seiko Boutique Membership campaign, content, promotion, gift, and rewards for Seiko Boutique Singapore Official Online Store, might be different from the Seiko Boutique Membership campaign, content, promotion, gift, and rewards for physical Singapore Seiko Boutiques.
5.4 Rewards are available with point redemption while supplies last and substitutions by Seiko Boutique may occur. Upon tapping on the Reward’s Claim button by the member, the reward points will be deducted from the member’s accumulated points. If the member does not collect the reward gift at the stores, the deducted points will not be issued back to member account. If your online order is not completed during the same visit, the rewards will be removed from your shopping basket and may no longer be available.
6. Welcome Reward
6.1 Registered Seiko Boutique Member will each receive a welcome reward. A welcome reward is redeemable in store or online. Offer is non-transferable. Substitutions may occur. Offer is subject to change, alteration, or termination by Thong Sia in its sole discretion by giving reasonable notice on the website and/or by email.
7. Other Offers
7.1 Membership in the Program may entitle you to various offers ("Offers") in addition to Rewards. The details of these Offers are set out from time to time on the Program Website. Details and terms of any Offers as set out on the Program Website are valid for a calendar year unless otherwise specified on the Program Website.
8) Return & Refund
8.1 In the event where return & refund case happened for the watch purchased, member points will be voided.
8.2 In case customer do not has sufficient points, the value of the gift will be charge (case by case basis)
8.3 In the event where the reward been utilized, the value of the gift might be charged to member account. It is subjected to Thong Sia Singapore’s approval and decision.
9) Termination, Changes & Removal from Program
9.1 If for any reason this Program is not capable of running as planned, Thong Sia reserves the right in its absolute discretion to modify the terms of the Program including the Rewards and these terms, or to suspend or terminate the Program. In the event of such modification, suspension or termination, Thong Sia will notify the members of the Program via email. Members will not receive any compensation from Thong Sia in the event of modification or suspension of the Program.
9.2 Any abuse of the Program, failure to follow any terms of the Program, any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of Thong Sia, or fraud or attempted fraud, may subject members to Membership revocation and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Program.
9.3 Membership is non-transferable and Membership purchases must be made by the member. If your Membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled (whether by you or Thong Sia in accordance with these Terms), or if the Program is terminated, any Points in your account will automatically expire.

10.1 By submitting the registration, the Member agrees that the Company may collect, record, hold, store, use, deal and/or process the Member’s personal data for the purposes contemplated herein and.
