Seiko Boutique CRM FAQ
1. Why do I need to provide a valid mobile number upon registration?
In an initiative to enhance level of security on account registration, the programme will be using your valid mobile number as your unique Seiko Boutique Membership account ID. "One Time Password" (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number.
2. What is the registered mobile number?
The registered mobile number is a local mobile number which is linked to your Seiko Boutique Membership account.
3. What is an OTP?
OTP is a "One-Time Password" which is randomly generated and sent to your registered mobile number for validation of your registration. OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number within 1 minute. Please request for resend OTP in the case you do not receive any OTP within 1 minute.
4. What if I do not wish to provide the mobile number to Seiko Boutique?
Without a valid mobile number, you would not be able to join our Seiko Boutique Membership Program to earn points and enjoy member rewards. All points and vouchers redemption are sent to a registered mobile number. Without a registered mobile number, we are unable to grant you Seiko Boutique Membership.
5. Where is Seiko Boutique Membership available?
Membership is available for both In-store and official online store in Singapore, excluding service center.
6. What can I do with the points I have earned at Seiko Boutique?
You can use your Seiko Boutique Membership points to redeem the rewards of your choice listed on Seiko Boutique membership rewards catalogue https://rewards.seikoboutique.com.sg
7. Can I earn points from other Seiko Boutiques outside of Singapore?
No. Registered member can only earn points in Singapore with any purchase from our physical Seiko Boutiques or online Seiko Boutique store (www.seikoboutique.com.sg)
8. How many points do I earn for every S$1 (Singapore Dollar) spent?
You'll earn 1 point per S$1 spent in your membership registered home country.
The daily points accumulation is capped at 5,000 points per member per day.
9. Will my Seiko Boutique Membership points expire?
Points earned will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
10. Will my Seiko Boutique membership points be voided for any purchased item return or refund?
Yes. The points will be voided, please refer to the terms & conditions
11. What is the validity period for my membership?
We appreciate every registered member, so there is no membership expiry set.
Seiko Boutique reserved the right to unsubscribe inactive members for the period 2 years and above without any prior notice.
12. Are the In-store & Online rewards catalogue the same?
Yes. Currently the In-store and Online rewards catalogue are the same.
13. Should I request passcode for online rewards redemption?
No. For online discount voucher redemption, member just needs to apply the reward code for your claimed reward upon checkout at Seiko Boutique official online store.
For online e-voucher or gift redemption, member just needs to click ‘redeem’. Your e-voucher will be applied automatically and/or your gift will be shipped to you within 3-5 working days.
14. How do I change my personal information?
